1 NOVEMBER 26 I passed my requirements to Ms. Sapina, exactly
3:00 in the afternoon as requested by Ma’am
Pagfaduan. I gave my payment for my On Job
training and Miss Sapina explained my schedule
for Deployment total of 1000 hours, the trainings,
the requires attire as we deploy to the Front
Desk and Travel Agency.
NOVEMBER 30 One Day Flight Attendant Training, All of us
participated Ms Yamsuan trained us how to
stand, walk and sit as a professional FA, also the
prioper grooming from head to toe, It’s an honor
to learn from her because we are able to imagine
our future, the challenge and uniqueness of the
industry.
2 DECEMBER 02 We tackled about company profile, headed ny
Ms Erika,We knew about SALCI and PAGGS
mission and vision, the owners, heads & the
rules and violations of the company when it
comes to OJT students.We also talked about
grooming, the proper attire to wear if we are
about to work in Admin.

DECEMBER 05 BPSAC training. Today is our lecture and it’s all


about Airline Tickets.
BPSAC lecture continuation, discussed about
DECEMBER 06 basic travel documents and baggage.
Last Day of our BPSAC training, we did our
DECEMBER 07 activities and exam regarding the Passenger ang
Baggage. We rushed because in the afternoon is
our Airport Awareness Security Seminar.

3 DECEMBER 09 Assessment and 5DP Training. Its all about


Customer Service and personality Development.
DECEMBER 10 It’s our Deployment today. I was assigned under
Ms.Bernales. I was also assigned in Reception in
SALCI office. I received some applicant’s
resume.
We were assigned to work in training office to put
DECEMBER 11 some employees certificate in each folder of
Airlines where are they working.

I was assigned with Roanne. It’s a lot of


DECEMBER 12 paperworks today and I’m glad because we have
something to do this day.
Ma’am Crista gave us some work to do in SALCI
office. She gave us resumes of the applicants,
DECEMBER 13 and we encoded it in Database.

4 DECEMBER 16 I helped Sir Fidel dela Paz, Senior Supervisor of


PAGGS, with the certificates of the employees,
he asked me to print them from 2014-2017 in
SALCI office.
DECEMBER 17
I worked with Vannessa in SALCI office in the
morning, it’s the continuation of resume encoding
in database computer.
DECEMBER 18 Ma’am Erijka assigned us to go to Presidents
Office to helped Ms Chi to pack gifts for the
employees of PAGSS.
DECEMBER 19 A lot of paperworks this day but I enjoyed it, I like
it more than staying in the reception area.
Tosay is out last duty before Christmas and new
DECEMBER 20
year break. We were assigned in the office of
President PAIR-PAGSS for 9-12am.
5 JANUARY 06 Continuation of the training. We cleaned and
sanitized all of the things and surfaces.
JANUARY 07 We assigned in the reception, as we always do,
we received resume of the applicants for ramp
agent, cargo agent etc.
WAP Training. We went to World Aviation
JANUARY 08 Partners and Training Corporations together
with the k12 students.
JANUARY 09 We were assigned in Reception in SALCI. We
collected resumes of the aspiring applicants.
We are still in the Reception area of SALCI, a lot
JANUARY 10 of applicants submitted their resume today, and
we also assist applicants for their first interview,
those who will work as Passenger Service Agent.

6 JANUARY 13- Our training were suspended for 3 days


15 because of the Taal eruption.

JANUARY 16 We Processed our access pass in NAIA. But we


are still in admin office.
JANUARY 17 It’s my admin duty today , there’s no work that
much , more on paper works and Encoding . I
arranged some passenger papers alphabetically.
Here in the office , we are able to eat our snacks
at 10 am.

7 JANUARY 20 Front desk duty, more on receiving resume,


releasing certificates and encoding.

JANUARY 21-
24 Travel Agency Duty. Encoding & answering
Phone calls.
