Initially, he ignited Tandoor with match (Maachis) with low pressure of gas but it did not get ignition. Then, he opened valve of gas for more pressure and throw ignited match into tandoor. Due to much pressure of gas tandoor ignited Immedtailey and worker's face and arm hit with fire as he was standing nearby of tandoor. As a result, slight burn was occurred on his face and arm. Later on, he was sent to District Headquarter Hospital where Quench cream was applied on affected areas and discharged him from hospital. Findings: 1) Carelessness by worker as he opened excessive gas pressure for ignition of tandoor and did not stand away from Tandoor after throwing ignited match into tandoor. 1) Preferbly, fire should be ignited with automatic burner Ahmad Fawad As soon as possible
2) Tandoor should be ignited with low pressure of gas,
Ahmad Fawad Immediate and by standing away from Tandoor
3) Worker should be more vigilant when standing near
Ahmad Fawad Immediate Tandoor during ignition. 4) Tandoori should wear cotton made dress for less Ahmad Fawad Immediate damage in case of burning 5) This incident should be discussed with all All Area owners 25-Jul-22
