    A worker got a cut on his palm while cleaning a blocked drain near a peeler machine. He was using a floor wiper stick to push potato waste out of the drain when the stick bent and hit his hand. First aid was provided and he continued working. An investigation found that the floor wiper stick was not a solid, appropriate tool for the task.     Narrative/ Description:
    On above mentioned date and time, drain near Peeler No. 1 of FF line was blocked due to potatoes
    wastages. To unblock drain, a worker of M/S Kumail HR services pushed wastages with floor wiper,
    When he was pushing, stick of floor wiper bent and hit on palm of his right hand. it resulted a cut on his
    palm.
    After incident, first aid was given to worker and he continued his duty onwards.

    Findings:
    1) Stick of floor wiper was not solid enough for this sort of activities, So worker did not use right tool to
    remove wastages from drain.
    Basic Cause:
    1) Right tool was not used for activity.

    Recommendations: Responsibility Target date

    1) Counselling of worker should be done M. Hasnain Immediate

    2) Right tools for the jobs should be ensured during all
