B&R, Panasonic, Delta, Fatek) to resolve instrumentation and control issues.
• Interfacing VFDs with PLCs and HMIs using Modbus communication protocol.

sections. Parameterized the weishaupt burners (WG20N/1-C ZM-LN) as per requirement.

• Installation and commissioning of Biscuit Plant, Non-DGF/Convection type by Imaforni-italy

 Installed and commissioned of two biscuit lines including moulder, wire cut, oven, stacker, and
packing lines sections. Parameterized the weishaupt burners (WG30N/1-C ZM-LN) as per
requirement.

• Installation and commissioning of Biscuit Plant, DGF Burners by Baker Perkins-UK

Installation and commissioning of 03 biscuit plants including moulder, oven, stacker, and packing
lines sections. In-house designed the control panels of each sections.

• Installation and commissioning of Filly Plant’s kitchen section by Hansel Processing-Germany.

Installed and commissioned of Filly Plant’ kitchen section including cooker, mixer, holding tank,
conveyers etc. In-house designed the control panels of each sections.
