A worker fell from his bike near the staff quarters when the bike stand hit a brick in the road, causing the bike to become unbalanced. The worker sustained scratches to his knee but no other injuries. An investigation found that the bike driver did not properly secure the bike stand, took the wrong uneven road, and did not have a valid driving license. Recommendations included only allowing authorized drivers with licenses, ensuring proper traffic routes, counseling the driver, repairing uneven roads, and discussing the incident with other workers to prevent future accidents.
