My company, Shobha Limited, is primarily centred in Kerala and was founded on September 20, 1996, by
PNC Menon. The backward integration methodology is not only SOBHA's main competitive advantage, but
also its primary point of differentiation. With this type of vertical integration, the business is assuredly
equipped with all the necessary internal resources and vital talents to deliver a project from conception to
execution..
Shobha Builders mostly builds hotels and spas in popular tourist areas in India. The complete construction
site in Kochi, which has roughly 90 workers, 2 site engineers, 2 supervisors, 2 safety officers, 1 HSE

The location features a tiny office where the records of accidents,induction records, tool maintenance,
company policies, and other things are kept. In the storage yard are scaffoldings, tools, equipment, gas
cylinders (acetylene), and other supplies. For quick and efficient building operations, the site contains on-
site fabrication units. The business only has one shift, which runs from 9 am to 6 pm. Sundays are off.
This construction site makes use of a variety of tools and machinery, including excavators, boom trucks,
drilling and hammering equipment, acetylene gas cutting equipment, angle grinders, and welding
machines.
