Underwater pipe for effluent discharge

Description

An underwater pipe shall deliver an effluent into the sea, at a distance "L"
from the coast. For a given volumetric flow rate "V" and a given entering
effluent temperature "tefl_in" into the pipe, the temperature of the effluent
at the discharge end of the pipe must be determined.

The pipe material is HDPE PE100, with nominal diameter "dn", nominal
pressure "PN", absolute rugosity "Rabs", and thermal conductivity "k"

The sea water has an average temperature "twater"

The thermal and transport properties of the effluent and of the sea water
can be assumed to be the same as those of clean water.
