Assignment**

* Both the quizzes will have MCQs and will be conducted during class hours. Students
should note down the quiz dates, and not absent themselves from them for any reason
whatsoever.

** Digital Assignment: Make a YouTube video of 6-7 minutes duration on your interview
with the HR Manager of an organization with a sales turnover of over Rs.10 crores. The
interview should cover aspects of Strategic HR, Recruitment, Performance Management,
Training, Industrial Relations and Employee Welfare. You should initially introduce yourself
and the guest, before going ahead with your interview.

Besides the above, there will be 2 CATs, carrying a weightage of 15% each.
