management strategies they have used. Discuss potential solutions to the conflict.

2. CONVENE TO DISCUSS THE IMPORTANT ISSUE

Set up a private meeting with the two people where you can all discuss business. Organize a meeting to
discuss the pertinent topics and arrive at a solution.

3. HELD AFTER-ACTION REVIEW MEETINGS

After the meeting, schedule a meeting with each person to give them time to process what happened.
Ask them how they felt throughout the discussion and whether they were satisfied with the answers
that were proposed.
