a) When a team issue arises in Smart Innovation, CCP should tackle it in three
stages. The CCP should first be prepared to deal with the resolution. All of the
teams and team captains should agree that the disagreement will be resolved.
Second, the CCP must be aware of the situation. Everyone involved should
communicate and debate their respective points of view. People in positions of
responsibility should assess the situation and listen to various points of view.
Finally, the team's owner and other leaders must reach an agreement. To reach
an agreement, the team must first settle on an alternative or plan of action.
b) Stratification is an effective strategy in this situation. This is done to get to the
bottom of a problem where team members are having difficulty organizing
documents.
c) ISO 9000 will assist the Car Care Plan in consistently improving their
organizational procedures, outcomes, and global competitiveness. Furthermore,
ISO 9000 will be a big help to CCP in achieving both employee and customer
satisfaction at the same time.
Areas of Consideration
a) They stated that the new hires who were replaced and placed in the position
occupied by the leaving employee were usually the source of failure. The reason
the employee failed to pass the paperwork on a continuous basis could be that
the new employee is still getting acquainted to their system.
Recommendation
a) In my opinion, the greatest answer to this problem is to train the employee. The
most important thing is to educate team members, particularly new members, on
how the system works. Teach the team leader how to handle this team conflict.
Teach the entire team how to resolve problems.
a) I feel that team captains have a responsibility to their team. You should be
accountable enough to train and mentor your team members so they can learn
more about the duties at hand. Because each team has been assigned a
separate project, I believe team leaders should be very specific in their
instructions so that team members understand what is expected of them in order
to finish assignments like this and avoid team activity failures.
