Description Finely ridged, square stems covered with fine hairs; smooth, glossy leaves with distinct,
indented veins and that may be slightly undulating. Crisp, juicy stems; firm leaves;
strong sweet but spicy flavor and lemon like aroma, Free from foreign bodies, off odors
or tastes.
Length Bunch length 14-18cm

Color Bright green leaves, green stems and leaf veins.
