4.1 The name of the project is Endemic and Stay Healthy Workshop

4.2 Summary of the Program:

This program is about the measures that need to be practiced to control the covid-19
disease in the endemic phase. This program invites partners to cooperate in implementing this
program, which is the Kuching General Hospital. This program provides a lecture session on
understanding the risk of contagion of COVID-19, practicing public health measures and always
being careful in carrying out daily activities during the endemic phase.
The program begins with a welcome speech from the workshop organizer. The next
activity is the speaker will give a lecture to the participants about precautionary measures during
the endemic phase of covid-19. We held a question and answer session with the participants at
the workshop. The company Frowy Co Sdn Bhd also provides face masks and hand sanitizer for
students and people participating in the workshop. Face masks and hand sanitizers are given free
of charge to workshop participants. Even in the endemic phase, students need to know how to
live with the virus in the environment. This program is organized to give awareness and
knowledge to students about precautions related to the virus.
4.3 Location
The location is at the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). This location was chosen
because the FroWy CO Sdn Bhd company is located only 15 km from the location. This will
make it easier for us to make programs with students at UNIMAS. Students need to know about
the situation and precautions in the endemic phase.

4.4 Target Community

The target community is the 300 students at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).

Date: 28 Januari 2023
Time: 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
4.6 Collaborators
FroWy Co Sdn Bhd, will work with an important partner for this program, namely Kuching
General Hospital. Kuching General Hospital will provide advice and insights on measures to
control Covid-19 disease in the endemic phase. Students need to know precautions when in an
endemic area such as keeping a distance of 1 km, wearing a mask, washing hands with hand
sanitizer and so on. They will also give motivational talks for students at UNIMAS.

4.8 SWOT Analysis

Strength 1.We have knowledge of the steps to carry out life in the endemic phase.
2. Giving awareness to the participants who participated in the workshop
about precautionary measures during the endemic phase of covid-19.

Weakness 1. We do not have the experience to organize this program and are not
sensitive to endemics.

Opportunity Frowy CO Sdn Bhd had the opportunity to organize a workshop related to
the endemic phase of covid-19 together with students at UNIMAS. The
company also had the opportunity to give talks to students who
participated in the workshop. Frowy CO Sdn Bhd sincerely held an
endemic workshop to increase students' awareness of the covid-19 virus.
Threat 1. Some students lack focus and do not pay full attention during the
workshop.
