Comparison

We could not compare the results of the project of our intercultural group with our
project, as they still need to upload their research report or their evidence of
communication project on the Weebly page. We have completed our introductory
video, research report and evidence of communication document. We concluded
that there were several ways to save more energy in schools in India and the
Netherlands.
Reflection
Athena: I was the group leader of the group Saving Energy at School or Energy
Saviours. I made the introductory video, made the group logo, arranged the
interviews, outlined the PowerPoint Presentation, made the questionnaire for the
student investigation, made the SDG activity comparison, communicated with the
intercultural group through WhatsApp and guided the group in the right direction
when help was needed.
My most memorable learning experience was sitting with my team members on
video calls, advising them on how certain parts of the project needed to be done,
helping them with the questions they needed to ask for the interview and guiding
them through the entirety of the project. I learnt how to effectively work in a group,
set reasonable deadlines for my team members, how to delegate and divide work
among the group according to their knowledge and experience in their respective
fields.

Sarthak: I was one of the team members of the group Saving Energy at School or
Energy Saviours. I played the role of the technical expert in the group, by editing
all the videos in a professional and satisfactory manner. I assisted in the making of
the interview videos and making the logo of the group.
My most memorable learning experience was learning how to shoulder any
responsibility as and when it was given to me. I learnt to stick to deadlines and
provide quality work before a certain time.

Shanaika: I was one of the team members of the group Saving Energy at School
or Energy Saviours. I interviewed Mr Vaibhav Pol, Administrative Officer of
Pawar Public School Chandivali.
I learnt the skill of interviewing a person and asking relevant questions pertaining
to the topic at hand. I also learnt how to successfully answer any questions which
were asked by the other person.
Vanisha: I was one of the team members of the group Saving Energy at School or
Energy Saviours. I interviewed Mr Deepak Ochani of the Research and
Development Team at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.
I learnt the skill of interviewing a person and asking relevant questions pertaining
to the topic at hand. I also learnt how to successfully answer any questions which
were asked by the other person.

The project went well from our end. As a non-interculturally collaborative project,
it was an extreme success. Due to the communication barrier, we were unable to
see the similarities and differences between our projects. If I had a chance, I would
have eliminated the communication and distance barrier and ensured the project
was offline to compare our projects and progress.
