Report Of Evidence Of Communication

Group 7:-My Green Meal

Greetings! This is Aarav Mishra, Student of Pawar Public School, Chandivali, and
Leader of My Green Meal. Though we could not maintain a lot of contact with our
counterpart, the one video conference we had was very informative, fun and helpful
for both the sides.
All of my team members were present namely: Vedant Kamothi, Rohan Nambiar,
Shiven Jariwala And Hiral Gothwal.

We had our video conference with the Dutch Counterpart on 15th December, 2022
from 12:30 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. IST. All the groups did not get to ask a lot of
questions. Luckily, because we were the last group we got to ask four questions
each. They seemed really interested in the topic “Vegan” . They asked us regarding
the vegan popularity in India, vegan restaurants in India and what got the idea of
eating vegan into Indians. We stated that the vegan lifestyle in India is an upcoming
one in recent times and that there are many vegan restaurants in India. We
elaborated on a culture/ religion called Hinduism, which brought the idea of
thinking Vegan into Indians.

Now it was our turn! We asked them about the green meals in their school and what
green food will they recommend to a friend of theirs who regularly eats junk food.
We tried sticking to the word “Green”. They told us about how in their school,
people usually bring food from their home and not prefer eating canteen food. For
the other question, they stated that they will start with something basic and not
directly jump onto salads. They will start with replacing meat and adding vegetables
into their meal. Honestly, we found their answers really smart and clever.

We were unable to have further communication with our Dutch counterparts either
on WhatsApp, E-Mail or Zoom Meetings , due to, lack of response from their side.
Keeping that aside, it was great time collaborating with them, though only one video
conference happened, both sides could exchange a lot of information!
