What are some statements you can make to control and regulate your constituents without earning their resentment or dislike of your leadership style? Cite at least five statements and justify each briefly. V. Explanation Discuss regulation and control as functions of communication. VI. Elaboration Think of any leader in your community or in your school. What does he/she say or do to direct you toward the behavior he/she expects of you as a follower.
