JOB VACANCY
Position: Service Centre Supervisor/Customer Care Personnel - Female
Location: Imara Daima, Mombasa Road
Overall Purpose: Responsible for the direct supervision of customer service team and
influencing client satisfaction and sales growth by creating an experience that exceeds
customer’s expectations in professionalism, helpfulness and ease.

Duties & Responsibilities


 Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented
work environment that supports achieving the company’s mission, objectives and values.
 Prioritize, assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all Customer Service Representatives.
 Provide guidance for performance improvement and development, direct and oversee the
training of new representatives.
 Implement work programs and customer service activities, formulate departmental
procedures and processes and create quality assurance tools to ensure completion, quality
and timeliness.
 Interact effectively and diplomatically in all areas of employee relations, always projecting
a professional image in keeping with the company’s goals and objectives while exercising
the highest degree of confidentiality.
 Maintain the daily schedule to ensure complete coverage for our customer base.
 Assume difficult and specialized customer relation situations, involving upset and
dissatisfied customers and requiring sensitivity and sound judgment, take action to resolve
complaints where appropriate, receive and respond to correspondence and telephone calls,
provide information and handle issues, request and complaints.
 Direct the daily activities such as billing, final billing and work orders, returned items,
reception, and any departmental duties.
 Assist in developing and maintaining strong, collaborative customer relationships through
proactive engagement on complex customer issues, where escalation will likely be required.
 Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make
recommendations to the departmental head or other appropriate staff.

Requirements & Qualifications


 At least 1 years experience in customer service/customer retention/customer
satisfaction. (customer service supervisory or leadership experience is desired)
 A degree in Sales & Marketing or IT or a related field
 A passion for customer service with outstanding problem-solving skills, documentation
skills, quality focus, as well as information analysis skills.
 Ability to handle pressure/stress, handle responses to criticism tactfully and maintain a
professional demeanor.
 An exceptional level of computer literacy especially in MS excel.
 Demonstrates a strong work ethics combined with strong organizational skills.
 Ability to communicate succinctly, both verbally and in written form, with internal and
external stakeholders.
 Must be a lady.
 Available immediately.
