    IPCRF provides a venue of agreement, standards of performance and


    behaviors which leads to professional and personal growth in the department. This Mid
    Year Performance review is an opportunity to assess the strength and weaknesses and how to
    improve teacher performance .This is the time to discuss the summarized accomplishments
    to date ,identify what goals have been added , eliminate or changed,review priorities and
    clarify peformance expectations going forward.

    V. Objectives

    Provide an opportunity for school heads and teachers to reflect on the year to
    date ,reconsider priorities or modify plans for the rest of the year.
