Abstract

INTRODUCTION

One of the prior intent of people in this generation is to be knowledgeable. The significance of
education broadly affects the lives of people. The purpose of this research study is to identify the
relationship between the availability of the Learner's Material in Fundamentals of Accountancy,
Business and Management and the academic status of ABM 12 students.

METHODS
A correlation method design of the research was used in this study to analyze the relationship
between the two variables. The respondents of the study were selected within the 3 sections of
ABM 12 at Balayan Senior High School. From 132 students, only 27 were selected to answer the
survey questionnaires constructed by the researchers. Stratified random sampling was done.
Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to test the relationship between the two variables.

RESULTS

The variables of the study have a strong positive correlation thus, the researchers rejected the null
hypothesis. The study revealed that the availability of learners' material in Fundamentals of
Accountancy, Business and Management is greatly helpful in the academic status of ABM students.
Also, the students' way of studying becomes easier and more understandable.

DISCUSSIONS

The results demonstrate that the availability of learners' material in Fundamentals of Accountancy,
Business, and Management in the academic status was statistically significant. Students should be
more productive and efficient in finding alternative sources of knowledge and learning than being
contented with what is given by the school for a better and deeper understanding.
