anim nap iso at tatlumpung sentimo (Php 354,266.30) bilang kabuuang halaga sa
lupa na nasa Barangay Dagatan, Lungsod ng Lipa at may sukat na dalawangdaan
at pitumpu’t pitong (277) metro kwadrado na may Land Title number 148936,
katabi ng Dagatan Elementary School. Ang nasabing lupa ay may pagkakautang pa
sa banko na halagang Isang milyon at anim na daan at tatlumpu’t limang libo
pitong daan at tatlumpu’t taltlong piso at pitumpung sentimo (Php1,635,733.70)
na babayaran ng nakabili, Evelyn Guerero, sa pinagkasunduang buwanang hulog
sa banking pinagkakautangan.
