According to the writer, her concept of holistic wellness moving towards a greater
emphasis on self-healing. As the writer discovered while researching this concept, self-healing is
always necessary and beneficial for individuals as it aids in the discovery of their own identity. A
holistic approach to wellness promotes a healthier way of life, even though there are numerous
ways to be healthy, such as exercise and meditation, which the author practices regularly. The
most critical aspects of our existence are our physical and mental health. Getting out of bed in
the morning and enjoying daily life can be extremely difficult without good health. As a result,
one of the most critical things a person can do for themselves is adopted a healthier lifestyle. It is
undeniable that leading a healthier lifestyle has a number of positive consequences, all of which
will last a long time.

2. How did the online session you attended helped in achieving your holistic wellness?

On September 01, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., the writer attended an online session titled Lower
Back Pain Prevention Exercises with Mr. Obias. It aided the author in achieving holistic wellness
through exercise; consequently, physical activity is one of the most effective methods of
relieving back discomfort. Along with relieving lower back pain, this exercise is an excellent
way to strengthen those muscles. Lower Back Pain Prevention Exercises are highly beneficial for
students experiencing back pain and would like to alleviate their discomfort. This exercise assists
students in maintaining proper posture and strengthening their backs, which are strained due to
the pressures and demands of online classes. Preventing lower back pain is also one of the most
critical things you can do to live a healthier lifestyle in general. It is critical to practice this type
of exercise now due to the fact that students worldwide spend their days sitting in front of a
computer during an online class. As a result, they are more likely to experience back pain.
