Client relationship manager Role


You will have a Client Relationship Manager who will be you first POC and will bring in operational
excellence and discipline in processes. CRM will play special role in liaising between Infosys Project Hiring
Manager and Teamlease for regular monitoring of services committed.

Work on employee appraisal process across client,

Co-ordinate with all employees reporting managers and


collect the feedback about each Resource, once in a
quarterly and also take necessary step to improve the
work quality if there is any issue
Business HR Role
A dedicated HRBP who will work on releasing offers and will get introduced to all TeamLease Employees
and will play special role in post on boarding activities for the POD model employees.
