me strength to make it possible for me to this point, and as well as the Internship Advisor SIR
Ghulam Mustafa , whose kind co-operation, continuous guidance, personal attention and extra

my beloved Parents and Respected Teachers because they have continuously supported and guided

PREFACE
The Community Based Internship is an essential requirement of the business students because in
this community based internship, we have to spend 6 to 8 weeks in any reputable organization to
learn practical work of professional life.

That period of two months is known as Community Based Internship Period, if this period is spent
properly and sincerely then it enables the students to be more confident, more knowledgeable and
more responsible in the works of practical professional life.

INTRODUCTION OF COMMUNITY BASED INTERNSHIP REPORT


1.1 Introduction:

This Community Based Internship Report is Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus
The community based internship is an important requirement of the business students because in
this community based internship, we have to spend 6 to 8 weeks in any reputable organization to
learn practical work of professional life.

1.2 Purpose:

The main purpose of this community based internship is to learn by working in practical
environment of professional sector.

1.3 Scope:

The community based internship is essential in every field of life because this is the first experience
in our professional career and in this community based internship, we learn many practical works
that can be helpful for us in our future professional job.

1.4 Objective:

My objective was to learn and understand all the practical works of educational sector and I tried
my level best to learn all the practical works in my six weeks community based internship.

1.5 What I Have Learnt:

I have learnt many new things in my first community based internship of my career Al Rauf

I learnt the way of practical and professional life in educational sector. I taught the students with
full confidence and full effectiveness. I learnt how to communicate with senior and junior
employees in the educational sector.

Community Based Internship Program is a good fortune for all the business students during their
academic studies because it is an initial platform during our study to analyze the future practical life

2.1 Principal’s Message:

Educational Environment is different from other environments because in this environment your
purpose should only be education and your focus should be on all educational activities. Students
must follow the rules and regulations of school and teachers must respect, support and continue
the proper management environment in the schools. All students, teachers and other staff
members must be regular and punctual and they all should work properly and supports the school’s
current conditions and try to overcome the issues of school.

2.2 Management:

Every Organization should have proper management to handle the all situations of the
organization. If the management is effective and dynamic in the organization then that organization
will succeed in its entire works. The management Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

great and everything was fair and the principal of the school was very strict in all management
decisions.

Employees are the real factors in the organization if the employees are working properly and
effectively then definitely the school or organization will run effectively.

there were twenty two teachers who were in teaching staff and there was Four peon and ayaa .

2.5 Classes Information:

In Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

classes were from P,G class to metric class. Every class was very neat and clean and there were 22
classes in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

2.6 Facilities for Students:

There were many facilities in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

such as: classes were very neat and clean, washrooms were in good condition, and there was only
one hand pump for students and also other basic facilities were provided to all students.there was
canteen, in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus.

2.7 Facilities for Teachers:

There were many facilities in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

for teachers, such as: there was a common room and staff room for teachers and other staff
members. And there was refreshment for all teachers in the morning and also other facilities.

2.8 Facilities for School Staff:

There were many facilities in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

for all other non-teaching staff of the school just like, they have a staff and room and also some
refreshment was provided to them twice a day with tea.

2.9 Behaviour:

Behaviour is a main and dynamic factor in every organization and it plays a vital role because
without proper behaviour, the organization can’t run properly and effectively.

 There are many types of behaviour in educational sector, such as:

A. Teaching to Teachers:

teachers to teachersbehavior was good and decent because they were speaking with each other
very politely.

B. Teachers to Principal:

When I was doing my community based internship at Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

teachers to principal behavior was very nice because all teachers were giving more respect to the
principal.

C. Principal to Teachers:

When I was doing my community based internship at Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

principal to teachersbehavior was really decent, because principal was always showing respect to
all teachers of the school.

D. Teachers to Students:

When I was doing my community based internship at Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

teachers to students behavior was very much co-operative because all teachers were very co-
operative with all the students in all academic works and activities.

E. Students to Teachers:

When I was doing my community based internship at Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

students to teachersbehavior was really great and decent because all students were very nice and
clever in their academic works and activities.

2.1.2 Policies:

There were many policies, rules and regulations in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

. The main was that the teachers and staff employee must be regular and punctual towards their
organizational works and they all should support the management of the employees.

To be fit and strong, we should organize the sports week after every three months in the school

Singing is also an art of saying some words with a great voice so the management Al Rauf

MeeladShareef is a religious view or act that is organized by the Muslims so the management of Al
Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus also believes in religious views and they organize these
events every year to spread the knowledge of Islam.

3.1.6 Basant Day:

Basant day is also an event that is not a religious event so all the people of different religions can
celebrate this and the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus believes to
celebrate this event every year.

3.1.7 Birthday Celebrations:

This is also the part of the co-curricular activities for the students that they can celebrate their
birthdays after class and the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus also
allows the students to celebrate their birthdays after class.

Food festival is also an event that should be organized effectively by every organization so the

Quiz competition should be in every school, college or university because it plays a vital role in
every field of life so that’s why the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus also
organize this type of competition to aware the students.

4.3 Speech Competition:

Speech Competition should be in every educational sector but in my opinion it should be organized
in every filed or aspect of life. That’s why the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana
campus also organize speech competition to aware the students.

4.4 Hand Writing Competition:

Hand writing is also an art of life so the all students must have a good hand writing skills so that’s
why the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus also organizes these kinds of
events to aware the students.

Drawing is also a part of an educational activity so the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School
larkana campus also organizes the drawing competitions every year for students.

5.1 Teachers Meetings:

Teachers meetings are also held in Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus because this is also a
part of the schools or educational institutes that the teachers should arrange meetings and
communicate with each other and they should solve the problems of school.

5.2 Teachers Parties:

food parties and lunch because this is also a good thing that if all teachers are working and
communicating so they should arrange food parties.

5.3 Weekly meeting with Principal:

I saw that the principal of this school was organizing and arranging weekly meetings with all
teachers to solve the current issues of Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus .

SWOT ANALYSIS
A SWOT analysis for schools is a tool that can provide prompts to the governors, management
teachers and staff involved in the analysis of what is effective and less effective in the schools
systems and procedures. Often used in preparation for a plan of some form (that could be an audit,
assessments, quality checks etc.). In fact a SWOT can be used for any planning or analysis activity
which could impact future finance, planning and management decisions of the school or
establishment. It can enable you (the governors and management) to carry out a more
comprehensive analysis.

7.1 Strengths:

 Factors that are likely to have a positive effect on (or be an enabler to) achieving the
school’s objectives

 Highly-skilled teachers.

 History of successful Open day events

 School has a strong ethos of openness, sharing and commitment to increasing parental
confidence

 Parents wanting to get involved

 PTA willing to participate

7.2 Weaknesses:

 Factors that are likely to have a negative effect on (or be a barrier to) achieving the school’s
objectives

 Teachers not available to meet parents often enough

 Current open days events not increasing voluntary activity

 Not enough staff time to plan more events

 Staff not clear of their role in the parent relationship

 Narrow focus on open events not partnership activities

 Curriculum too stretched for additional activity

7.3 Opportunities:

 External Factors that are likely to have a positive effect on achieving or exceeding the
school’s objectives, or goals not previously considered

 Active volunteer committee willing to plan and organise events

FINDINGS
8.1 Recommendations & Suggestions:

Following are some recommendations and suggestions Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus

 Proper Management:
 Al Rauf Cambridge School larkana campus should properly manage the class’s timings for
school on exact 08:02 am, because when I was working there, some teachers were coming late
in the classes and the innocent little students were waiting for the teachers.
8.2 References & Resources:

To make this community based internship report, the management of Al Rauf Cambridge School
larkana campus has given me some data about the history and other information of this school.

8.3 Conclusion:

This Community Based Internship is my first internship in my career. This community based
internship is a result of my six weeks community based internship at Al Rauf Cambridge School
larkana campus The main purpose of this community based internship was to learn and understand
the practical works of the educational sector because studying in class room about the practical
works of professional life is very difficult to understand that’s why our university management gave
us an opportunity to work as an internee in a reputable organization to learn all the practical works
of the educational sector. My objective was to collect all the information of the educational sector
and I have worked with great efforts to achieve my academic task and I did my best. Principal and
all teachers were fully co-operative with me till the last day of my community based internship. My
aim was to complete the community based internship with excellent performance and submit the
community based internship report on the right time and finally I have achieved my aim.
