Qualification, Experience, Competence and Certifications

• 5 years Product Management experience Preferably with Gaming Industry experience.
• Role will be focused on understanding the strategic product plan and defining detailed
product requirements to meet the objectives of product strategy.
• Product Manager will interact with cross functional teams and leads in all disciplines within
product organization to lead and champion product planning
• Manage new and existing product rollouts and be responsible for managing the lifecycle of
the assigned product line, ensuring product deadlines are consistently and reliably met.
• Ability to learn about latest trends in Gaming Industry in general and Cycling/Fitness Industry
in specific, its organization, participants and how they interact (trainer manufacturers,
equipment makers, coaches, racers, hobbyists, indoor cyclists, application platforms etc.),
events (e.g.: major races) and so on.
• Ability to collate, prioritize, evaluate, and articulate product feature requests from several
disparate sources (end users, management & employees, data analytics, internal and
external stakeholders, market research, competitor moves).
• Sense of data; ability to dispassionately evaluate the impact on business of each feature that
is released by way of surveys, data analysis, interviews etc.
• Gaming Products management and Exposure to Latest Gaming Industry Trends and
Technologies.
• Exposure and Experience with Metaverse, Unreal / Unity Gaming products or Studio-
produced gaming products, Gamification, Game Economies, Web3 & Block Chain
Technologies.
• Ability to communicate lucidly and clearly to developers on one side and management,
stakeholders, and end users on the other.
• A proven problem solver, with experience of and inclination to working in a highly rewarding
but intellectually challenging development environment.
• Well organized with a strong sense of time and deadlines.

Responsibilities & Authorities

• Create and manage the Product Roadmap in consultation with Product Director and other
stakeholders.
• Identify interdependencies, external dependencies, resource requirements etc. to deliver
the roadmap and thereby schedule them for development and release.
• Work with Game Producer, Game Designer and Artists to produce the best possible UX for
the end user.

• Analyze data and produce reports that provide compelling commentary advising the future
direction the product could take.
• Take on the role of Product Owner and participate in the regular Scrum ceremonies.
• Define and Maintain KPI for key roles within Product Team in close coordination with HR
ensuring Optimal performance and Resource management.
• Ability to Track and Report Resource and Product Team performance to Management and
HR.

Common responsibilities:
• Comply to Avrioc’s Information security and Information service management policies, procedures,
and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information and attend mandatory Information security
trainings.
• Report information security incidents through Avrioc’s established incident reporting channel.
