    Barangay Agusan Canyon is a place where rain pours almost everyday. There are
    slopes in some areas which are prone to landslides. Other areas also are reached by
    flood if Agusan Canyon River will overflow. Barangay Captain already know the risks
    in each vulnerable areas. They find solution to every problem and let people know
    that they have to evacuate or leave the place if rain keep on pouring non stop. And
    also, there is no perfect in clearing disasters because most of it are caused by
    natural calamities. Educating every people on how to protect themselves and their
    family is the only way for every Barangay to avoid accidents and casualties if ever
    natural disasters strike in the area.

    Reflection

    Create a plan for neighborhood evacuation. Find out in advance which evacuation
    routes have been authorized for the region by contacting the LGU. Give out maps to
    people in the neighborhood. Learn the main and alternate exits from your region in
    case of an emergency.
