Agenda:
The meeting started with the preliminaries. Mr. Ralph P. Valeriano stated the
purpose of why the stakeholders were called to an urgent meeting. Mr. Kevin
M. Patano presented the importance of the different school organizations
through a slide deck presentation. A selection was done were all the
stakeholders present were selected as part of the organizations. They were
informed of their roles and functions as members of a certain organization.
Hon. Leonora Ordillano emphasized that they should actively function on the
roles they were assigned.
On a slide deck presentation, Mr. Valeriano presented the memorandum of
Understanding. After his, presentation we asked for clarifications or
amendments of the MOU. The team agreed the conditions, duties, and
responsibilities of every member of the official school organization. After which,
Ms. Myrine Amor Cotejar handed the printed copy of the memorandum of
understanding for signing. A photo opportunity was taken as evidence of the
said event.
The meeting ended 10 minutes past the hour of 12.
