I. CALL TO ORDER

The program started at 9:15 in the morning with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Felipa B. Linao
and followed with the conduct of our National Anthem through video presentation by Mrs. Loryn Z.
Diaz.

II. WELCOME ADDRESS

Mrs. Dyna R. Repillo, Faculty President 2019, presented her welcome address due to poor
connection.

III. ATTENDANCE/ROLL CALL

The checking of attendance was facilitated by Mrs. Dyna R. Repillo through maximizing the use
of Google’s meet chat box and instructed the faculty to type in their name, name of child, grade and
section of child and name of teacher.

IV. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

On behalf of Dr. Louwela P. Guerrero, School Head, Mrs. Virginia N. Ostria, Guidance
Counselor, took place and welcomed faculty. She greeted everyone and started off by asking questions
to the faculty of why they attended the said Faculty Election 2020 which was also intelligently answered
by the faculty. She added that attending the Faculty Election 2020 gave chances to promote and enhance
the school’s standing.

V. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

A. INTRODUCTION OF LAST YEARS’ FACULTY OFFICERS

Mrs. Frances Marie Certifico, Faculty Secretary, presented last year’s Faculty Officers
through calling their names and requesting them to turn on their camera and greet. She also
expressed her gratitude to the officers for taking their role responsibly for the S.Y. 2019-2020
and at the same time welcomed the faculty for those who will be elected and will take the
responsibility for the S.Y. 2020-2021.

B. GPTA ELECTION

Mrs. Marebeth M. Berdin and Mrs. Elena A. Japitan, respective moderators, started by
introducing their selves. They gave instructions afterwards wherein the faculty can nominate
by turning on their microphone or typing the name in the chat box and casting their vote by
typing the specific number of faculty elected which they are favored for in the chat box. The
voting immediately begun and below is the list of the newly Faculty Officers for S.Y. 2020-
2021.

C. SCHOOL HEAD’S MESSAGE

Before closing the program, Dr. Louwela P. Guerrero, School Head, greeted everyone
and gave her inspirational message. She especially thanked the faculty for making time to
attend the Faculty Election 2020. She also encouraged everyone may it be an officer or not, to
work hand in hand with the school to achieve the schools’ goals for the children and being
brave against the pandemic.

VI. CLOSING REMARKS

Mrs. Virginia N. Ostria, Master Teacher, applauded everyone for a successful online Faculty
Election 2020. She thanked everyone who attended despite their busy schedules. She mentioned and
thanked last year’s faculty officers and welcomed the newly elected officer for SY. 2020-2021. She as
well reminded every faculty may it be officer or not, to show support for the school and for the children.
VII. ADJOURNMENT

The program ended with a picture taking session for documentation at 12:15 in the afternoon.
