comprehensive, transparent and student focused plan wherein the entire school

The meeting was called to order at 1:30 in the afternoon.

MEETING PROPER:

The meeting started with a prayer led by Ms. Joanna Marie P. Lejos, SPG adviser,
Mrs. Nemirose B. De Capia, welcomed the group and gave the introduction of the said
conference.
Ma’am Nemirose B. De Capia discussed the topic: Crafting of E-SIP
In the topic mentioned the purpose of Crafting of E-SIP, The Enhanced School Improvement
Plan provides a more systematic, comprehensive, transparent and student focused plan
wherein the entire school community takes its active involvement.
Ma’am De Capia emphasized that the school personnel, parents, learners and stakeholders
as the prime mover to commit themselves to achieve the common goal.
GPTA president Mr. Hernan R. Araña agreed on the statement of Ma’am De Capia. She also
added to achieve the common goal everyone must adhere on a child- friendly, risk free and
learner- centered institution and community.

For the tracking and School Implementation Plan, Mr. Gaspar V. Vidal,
LESTA President emphasized the different accomplishments of the school, it includes the
SIP/AIP Implementation Plan and the progress of SIP in 3 years ahead.
 The meeting adjourned at 4:00 in the afternoon.

1. The Enhanced School Improvement Plan is a roadmap that lays down specific
interventions that a school, with the help of the community and other
stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive school years.

2. In this view, please be informed that there will be a meeting for Revisiting the E- SIP
this coming July 26, 2019, 1:30 pm at E- Computer Room.

MEETING PROPER:

The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Sherilyn P. Canceran, Grade Chairman
of Kindergarten, Mrs. Nemirose B. De Capia, welcomed the group and gave the introduction
of the said conference.

In the discussion of the agenda Mrs. Sayton emphasizes the importance of E-SIP.
She also highlighted that the school practices in revisiting the E- SIP with obtaining
information helps to raise standards and ultimately improve school performance.

Ma’am De Capia seconded the statement of Ma’am Sayton. She added the
participation and involvement of the school head, teachers, and staff in the planning
and implementation of the SIP promotes to achieve the common goal and on
improving educational outcomes.
GPTA president Mr. Hernan R. Araña shares insights about what their children need
to learn and the difficulties they face in school, their aspirations for the school and their
children.
Ma’am Belen B. Sayton ends the meeting by saying active participation in the
development of the SIP promotes harmonious relationship among learners, teachers and the
community.
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 in the afternoon.
