ACTIVITY TITLE: Conduct the 4th Quarter District MEA and

Organization of District Club/Learning Area Coordinators

Participants: District Head, School Heads,Elected Teachers Club President per
school, Incumbent District Teachers Club president 2019.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
 Updates in the Conduct of the 4th quarter Internal monitoring, Evaluation and
Adjustment, (IMEA) of CID, Personal for C.Y 2020. Organize the District Club officers
and learning area coordinators.
Objectives: The activity shall be conducted to be able to:

1. Assess the AIP Implementation of Schools for the fourth quarter;

2. Present the School accomplishment report for C.Y 2020
3.Gather the needed Means of Verifications (MOV’S) and
4. Organize the District Club officers and learning area coordinators who shall assist in the
implementation of the DepEd Programs and projects for School year 2020-2021.
5. The participants are the district head, school heads, and elected teachers club president per
school , incumbent district teachers club president 2019.
6. There shall no registration , lunch,snacks, materials and other incidental expenses relative
to the conduct of the activity shall be charged against local funds/ school MOOE of the host
schools , the Tinago ES, Bacyaran ES and MAPEH department
Preliminaries:
 Assess the AIP Implementation of Schools for the fourth quarter.
 Gather and check the needed Means of Verifications.
 Presentation of the school Accomplishments. Report for C.Y. 2020 & Submission of 2021
AIP.
 Organize the District Club Officers / and Learning Area Coordinators
RESULTS:
1. Design and Methodology of the Event
Everyone is actively participated the activity.

2. Management and Monitoring Strategies

Facilitated by the District Head and School Heads

3. Logistical Arrangements: Local Funds/School MOOE of the host schools, the Tinago
ES and Bacyaran ES.

4. Output/s: Accomplishment Report for C.Y 2020, District

5. Innovations/Initiatives: Gather the needed means of Verification(MOVs)

 6. Participants Feedback: Participants feedback was excellent

7. Issues and Challenges. None

8. Interventions Implemented: Targets should focus on the Non- readers and Non-
numerates.
