1) Check Power Unit
(1) Check whether power board is damaged or not, when the power is failure
or not working.
ᆞTimer power board is for supplying output voltage of solenoid Valve and
operating voltage of the units. For this, Inside of timer, High voltages are
present which is caused of electric shock or personal injury Before
starting maintenance, disassemble the power of timer completely, And
wait until residual electric is exhausted in condenser of power unit.
(2) To see the normal operation of the power board, Check the yellow
LED(DC24V or AC220V) for output voltage display.
2) Check Timer Unit
(1) Check whether power unit is operating well, when the power of timer unit
is failure or problem during product operation.
(2) If the problem occurs during the one part of several timers, check capacity
of connected solenoid valve When used in excess of the rating, the units
may not work during operation.
ᆞHigh Voltage and residual electric can be remained for moving timer on
Signal the connector. After all the electricity supply cut off, starting
maintenance. Failure to observe this, property damage and personal
injury may occur.
3) How to check after maintaining the product
(1) After finishing maintenance, Have to check appearance and wiring
condition before power supply.
ㆍWhen supply power in condition of fault assembly or wrong wiring
connection, property damage and personal injury may occur.
(2) After finishing maintenance, Check the whole length of wiring condition,
installation state of units and power board unit.
(3) Power board unit is connected on the farthest to the right, specified
location, check input power is well-wired and bolt-state for fixing unit.
(4) Timer unit is fixed completely on the timer body, and check bolt is
well-locked.
(5) Check other appearance and wiring condition, See the LED lights up of the
