1 Is the physical condition of the machine satisfactory and well maintained.
It should not vibrate or operate roughly?
2 Is the power supply correctly fused and connected through a ELCB?

3 Is the power cord connected with standard 3-core sheathed cable and
appropriate industrial plug top?
4 Does the power cord possess a trip hazard to the operator/ other persons?
5 Is the power cable damaged and wrecked (cuts, joints poor insulations etc,)
6 Equipment should be double insulated
7 Equipment should be free from any defect like broken handle, broken parts etc.
