Table 3 explains the frequency distribution of the respondents according to age. It
illustrates that most of the respondents fall under the age bracket of 30-39 which is equivalent to
34.78 % of the total number of respondents.

Table 4 shows the respondents profile as to Gender. It shows that most of the respondents
are male with a frequency of 30 or equivalent to 65.22 percent. This means that most of the
respondents are male in the sense that this is really the profession for men.

The table above shows the causes work related stress of the PNP Personnel at the
Custodial service Unit. The average weighted mean of the 46 respondents is 2.79. This means
that the respondents are SOMETIMES it causes stress in their workplace. This further implies
that causes stress in the workplace are lack of training, challenges in work, heavy workload and
work pressures especially of submitting reports on deadlines.
