Module 1 /Getting Started

I. Preliminaries
 Mrs. Jenelyn N. Litawen checked the attendance and accomplished the
minutes of the session.
 Mrs. Jane D. Billao led the opening prayer and took pictures.
 Mrs.Agnes V. Sumayao facilitated every session.

II. Agenda/Issues Solutions/Recommendation/

and Concerns Suggestion/Agreement
Introduction Mrs. Agnes V. Sumayao convened the LAC sessions,
check and monitor the attendance of the members, and the
submission of assignments and reports, encouraged active
engagement and participation of members, ensured that the
learning materials such as reading materials and videos in
softcopies and hardcopies, announced the LAC session,
including the topic, time, venue, and other matters that the
group should know, facilitated the session based on the
session guide, and ensure that the agreed norms of
behavior are observed and that the objectives of the
session were achieved and ensured the practice of safety
first, adhering to social distancing requirements in this
period of pandemic.

Lesson Proper/Hands On Mrs. Agnes V. Sumayao discussed about the LCP capacity
building framework, course rationale and objectives,
course design, content and delivery, self-learning action
cell.
Presentation and Evaluation The group participated and completed their portfolio,
of Outputs presented and submitted on time to the school head.

Impressions on the issues An impression was crafted by the teaching staff of

Mantatta Primary School.

III. Closing
Mrs. Emelia H. Midon, the teacher in-charge of Mantatta Primary School thanked
her teaching staff for participating in the session.
