Reflection: Share your views how these material/resources are helpful for teaching and learning process.

This school has abundant availability of resources for both Academic and non- Academic activities.
These resources are greatly helpful to make the process of teaching and learning easy and
enjoyable.
The process of learning becomes permanent and understandable if these resources are properly
used by the teachers.

Learning resources can be used by teachers and teacher educators to co-construct knowledge as
part of continuing professional development. For example, observation sheets, feedback forms
and action plans can be used during classroom observation and mentoring.

Learning resources can also be used as a basis for training. You might create a workshop based
on techniques you found on a teaching website, or use a training course to develop the
observation and feedback skills of other teacher educators.

The recent function was a picnic organized by school where the parents were encouraged to take part
and interact with other parents through fun activities. This not only promoted community interaction
but it also created an environment of cultural awareness between the people of different cultures and
nationalities.

In another activity, parent body was asked to set up stall in an international day function, where
parents from different nationalities, set up their countries cultural stalls. This activity highly
promoted cross cultural awareness, acceptance between different nationality holder parents. It
promoted the diversity and awareness of social norms, traditions and culture of different societies.
