Reflection task on lecture 3

Anel Serikbayeva

Consider the importance of your physical growth from conception to childhood. How beneficial were
your reflexes and what did you learn through the process of perceptual development?

Of course, the main goal of physical development of children is introduction to physical culture,
preservation and strengthening of health. As we know, the physical development of a person is
influenced by heredity, the environment, socio-economic factors, working and living conditions,
nutrition, physical activity, sports.

As for me, when I was a child I went to different clubs such as gymnastics and karate, that is, I could sit
on the splits, bridge stand and was also good at karate techniques. As for my nutrition, my mother made
sure that I ate more fruits, vegetables and various vitamins. I think that my early passion for sports, good
nutrition had a very good effect on my physical development. In my opinion, the importance of my
physical growth is very high, as it is closely interrelated with other important developments.

In my opinion, since I was engaged in various types of physical activities, there were no problems with
my reflex as a child, since in my opinion physical activity helped me in perseverance and quick response.

By the beginning of primary school age, I had developed auditory perception, visual acuity, perception of
color, shape, size. I perceived a wide variety of colors, shapes, sounds. I could also easily distinguish
between objects and whole paintings.
