b. Understand why we need to take care of the environment; and
c. Answer the given evaluation.

A. Preparatory Activity

2. Motivation
The teacher will have a PPT presentation about where to throw biodegradable, recyclable, and non-biodegradable.

Group reporting and reflection of their presentation.
D. Valuing
The teacher will ask:
As a child how will you help contribute to helping taking care of the environment?
What will happen to us if we don’t take care of the environment?
What will happen to the animals living in the wild if we don’t take care of the environment?
E. Abstraction
The teacher will show some pictures, let the students identify if they are good for the environment or bad for the environment. If
the answer is bad for the environment, let them suggest a way to make it into good.
F. Application
Where do you throw your trash or waste?
In what way should you throw your trash?
What other way can you help take care of the environment?
Why should we take good care of our environment?
IV. Evaluation
Put a smile face if the picture shows a good example of taking care of the environment and a sad face if not.
V. Assignment
In a 1 whole bond paper, cut pictures of examples that shows about taking care of the environment.
