condition. However, as agreed by flat members,
to ensure during overflow the water level do not
touch the cover of the overhead tank and there is
no seepage on the walls, necessary adjustments
in the air pipe of the overhead tank should be
done.
After this is done, overhead tank cleaning can be
done by Sukumar (caretaker) for Rs.500/-.
Last cleaning of tank happened around Aug 2021.

1 Suman Ghoshal has officially handed over the maintenance
register to Aritra Bhowmik and it was agreed by all available
parties that Aritra is going to maintain the accounts going
forward.

Aritra has been maintaining the account from January 2023.


2 It has been agreed by all available members in the meeting
that quorum has been set to 5 flats being represented in the

general meeting.
The meetings will be adjourned in case there is no
representation from at least 5 flats of the apartment.

5 It has been proposed that from 1st April 2023, the contribution
towards monthly maintenance from each flat be increased to
Rs.1250/- (from current contribution of Rs.1000/-)
This has been agreed by all members physically available in
the meeting.
