Each group will assign a rapporteur then give some insights based from
pictures.

their output for 2 minutes by answering the following questions:

ingredients to enhance the overall presentation.

meal? In one’s appetite?

in a meal is to enhance both the look and taste of it.
3. Explain Teacher will present a slide deck of the steps in arranging sandwiches.

4. Elaborate PICTURE PRESENTATION

Let the students rate the pictures given in each group with the
given criteria.
( Rating 1-5 ) 5 is the highest. Students will rate individually
then assign a member of the group to consolidate their ratings.

5. Evaluate Prepare and present sandwiches attractively using suitable garnishes,
(15 minutes) condiment and service wares. Be careful when handling the service
wares to avoid accident. Find a partner to check each others output. Refer
to rubrics below for the rating.
