Dear Ms Paredez

Two weeks ago, on 7 November, I rented a car from our website (contract
number 2255225). I picked the car up at Mimi airport and I used it for five
days without any problems.
Five days later, I dropped the car off at the same place, at de International
Miami Airport port, and the employee gave me the receipt that the car
had been dropped off on time and in good condition.
I enclose a scan of the document.

This morning got an email from your Billing Department in which they ask
me for extra pay because the car had had damage. That is impossible
because I have a document that the car had been dropped off on time and
in good condition.

I have rented cars many times with your company and always had very
good service and better cars. I imagine that is only a small mistake and is
going to fix in a satisfactory way.
