aspiration and guide to a certain organization. It looks forward and creates a mental image of
the ideal state that the organization wishes to achieve. It is inspirational and aspirational and
should challenge every member of the organization.
Being a member of the CBSUA Community, you should be aware of its PVMGO and the

C. You were introduced already with the CBSUA’s Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives
and the Core Values. Now that you are enrolled in SOIL 1, ponder on the following
questions…Reflect and COMPOSE your own LEARNING CONTRACT in SOIL 1.
2) List down at least three viewpoints on how learning could transpire in SOIL 1 with
reference to the following:
a) The Faculty-Facilitator
b) The Student-Learner
3) Value- adding can be equated to improvement and enhancement. Give at least three
ideas or concepts you believe can be done during our teaching-learning journey in
SOIL 1- either on how we would interact or meet to better tackle the plan of work for
our course (SOIL 1).
In order to improve our knowledge of this subject, notably soil science, which deals
with soil identification, classification, types, and more importantly, the purpose of soil
and how it was created, I want this course to involve more hands-on learning. As far
as I’m aware, the only thing that stands in the way of students learning the lesson
independently is the ability to visualize the subject.
