Situation
Ali called the SmartNet Wifi head office in Bekasi, because the wifi connection
is too slow.

Dialogue
Customer Service : Good afternoon this is Dandy with SmartNet Wifi. How can I
help you today?
Ali : Hi, I would like to make a complaint regarding my wifi service.
Customer Service : I’m really sorry to hear that. What has been the problem?
Ali : My wifi connnection has not worked properly. It’s been
repeatedly dropping-out. Once it’s connected, the speeds are
really slow.
Customer Service : Please allow me to check to see if there’s any issue with the
network in your area. May I know your client ID?
Ali : Yes, it’s 17954637
Customer Service : Thank you. Our system shows that there’s a network issue in you
area, and we have been currently fixing it. The approximate
repair time would be 12 to 24 hours.
Ali : Are you kidding me? Why does it take that long?
Customer Service : I’m sorry, I understand how frustrating that would be. The issue
appears to be a big one, so it needs a longer time to fix it.
Ali : What do I do then?
Customer Service : I’m afraid the best you could do is to wait. We are trying our best
to make it back to normal. We would notify you via email once
the issue is resolved.
Ali : All right, then.
Customer Service : Is there anything else I can help you with?
Ali : No, thanks.
Customer Service : My apologies once again for the inconvenience. Thank you for
your call.
