Activity # 1

1. How would you describe yourself?

- I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I put a lot of
effort into my academics because I want to graduate and support my parents. I would
describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other
people and tries to be fair in everything I do.
2. What makes you stand out from the rest? What makes yourself special?
- Myself as a whole stand out. As long as I believe in myself because once you do then you're
successful enough to reach a stage that everyone would want to for themselves too.
3. How has yourself transformed itself?
- From mistakes, I learned. Not only that I learned the correct answer to life’s challenges but I
also learn to become patient and accept that we do not always win in life and get what we
want and expect yet, we have to continue living with faith and grace so next time we can do
better.
4. How is yourself connected to your body?
- You are certainly connected to your body through a mind, heart, spirit, emotions, and other
connecting ligaments. These body components are connected with each in order to function
well. ... If your body gets bruised or you cut yourself, the physical pain is also shown in your
expression.
5. How is yourself related to other selves?
- I recognize myself as related to others in that we both hold feelings and sensations, and we
both investigate the understanding of ourselves, whether we know we are intrinsically
seeking this or not.
6. What will happen to yourself after you die?
- During death, your body's vital functions stop entirely. Your heart no longer beats, your
breath stops and your brain stops functioning. Studies suggest that brain activity may
continue several minutes after a person has been declared dead. Still, brain activity isn't the
same as consciousness or awareness.
