Greetings!

In line with the City Sports Meet it is a requirement that the participating schools should
conduct an intramural. In order to participate in the city sports, meet an athlete should have
participated in the lower meet which is the intramural (Unit Meet within the school), and District
meet.
As the appointed District IV sports coordinator, I am humbly asking for your approval
that we will have our intramural this coming February 23-24, 2023. I believed that learning is
not only in the four corners of the classroom but also outside. This activity will contribute much
to the holistic development of our learners. Also, it will be an opportunity to discover potential
players and athletes that will participate in the District and City Sports Meet.
