Greetings!

In line with the District Meet we have an entry in swimming. We knew that
swimming practice should be done in swimming pool where the event will take place. The
coaches of our swimming athletes requested a fuel subsidy of a considerable amount which I
estimated would be enough to compensate the cost of travel from here to CPSU swimming
pool for 5 days. I already talked to Maam Evelyn Padoong regarding the matter and she
positively responded.

We would like to request the amount of Two Thousand pesos (2,000.00) only for
their fuel subsidy which will be use to augment the transportation fuel cost back and forth in
CPSU swimming Pool for their training and during the competition.
