It means that they did not compliance with safety rules that lead to negative culture. 9- The experienced worker walks while pulling the wooden sheet backwards, so does not see the roller on the floor, and they fall over the roller and hit their head on the floor. They must ensure that work conditions are safe to prevent this negative culture. 10- The trainee worker was not know what to do. The TL representative asks about the accident the trainee explains that they have not received any general health and safety, so they did not prioritize the health and safety and the lead to this negative culture.
