“When is the right time to speak, and when is the right time to listen”

How many times have you said something and then wished you could undo it

seconds later? Or press the "Send" button on a message when it might have been

preferable to wait? It's also crucial to have the bravery to speak what we need to say.

When it comes to having a meaningful discussion, knowing when to talk and when to

listen is crucial. In some ways, it's the most fundamental communication ability.

When it comes to communication, the weight of our habits and the pressures of

social situations may make maintaining awareness extremely challenging. The

conversation is a dynamic interaction between people's choices to talk or listen.

Conversations are more productive and pleasurable when those decisions are

deliberate and courteous. Conversations are less productive and difficult when such

decisions are made carelessly or impulsively.

There is a right moment to listen and talk at all times, but that isn't the issue. It's all

about who you talk to and who you listen to, and I'd want to add that you should

listen to both knowledgeable and foolish people, because we may learn from both.

We talk when we learn from both foolish and knowledgeable people. You speak out

when you have something to say, especially if it's about improving the world

because, when your heart is pure and has no motive, you listen. Because you can

only truly listen and comprehend when your heart is clean.
