1. Communicable Diseases are those that are transmissible from one host, person,
or animal, to another.
2. Each communicable disease has its own specific signs and symptoms. Generally
signs and symptoms common to a number of communicable diseases include as
fever, diarrhea, fatigue, muscles ache and coughing. These are the selected
communicable diseases and its signs and symptoms.

and Covid-19.

diseases include as fever, diarrhea, fatigue, muscles ache and coughing.
