The meeting started at 2:30pm , Pres. L. Macasio leading with a short prayer. Roll call
was conducted and after determining that there was quorum (55%) , the meeting resumed

- Monitoring and evaluation of the Livelihood Project

The minutes of September 5, 2022 was read by the Secretary, no issues was raised from the
minutes body and since there was none, it was moved and duly seconded that it be approved.

Treasurer’s Report - No financial report was presented by the Treasurer to the group because
no turnover was made by the one who took charge of the receipt on sales and other collections from
Sept. 23 to-December 31, 2022. (Shirley Macatiag).

Presidents Report -Accomplishments from January 2022 to September 22, 2022

The President said that Mr. Mario Eugenio and Ma. Elise Catabay will conduct monitoring and
evaluation on the livelihood extended by the City Government. They will undertake checking whether
the product are profitable, the extent of acceptability of the products to the group and to the
community and as well as the financial status.

There being no more issues to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00pm but continued the
production of livelihood projects:
- Dishwashing Liquid (bottling only) - 81 bottles
- Powdered Detergent - 20 packs

Reading of the minutes was foregone since there were no meetings conducted in previous
months. The Treasurer was not ready for the Financial Report but she will present it on the next
meeting. the group continued the production of livelihood projects, except for the powdered detergent
because of the non-availability of sodium-sulphate but the President already made an order with the
DOST

- Fabric Conditioner
The President announced that the accreditation of the SC-FWLSBA as Civil Society Organization
were already approved:

- Province of Cagayan - August 31, 2022 as per Resolution No. 2022-11-094

- City Government of Tuguegarao- September 5, 2022 as per City Resolution 454-09-2022

As to having a Christmas program it was agreed that the Christmas Party will be either on Dec.
21, 22 or 23 which will be finalized during the next meeting. It was also noted that the venue will be in
the office so not to incur expenses and the food will be done on potluck by groups. It was also
suggested that in order to generate funds for the project “ Sharing is Caring & Giving is Love”, the
group should conduct solicitation.

The minutes of the meeting of September 5, 2022, was recommended to be approved and was
duly seconded.

On other matters, the President asked if there is somebody who would to join the Christmas
Meet-up at the National on December 18, 2022, but nobody’s willing coz of their financial incapability.

There being no more issues to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30pm
