RESOLUTION NO. 01-2022

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. MG-

021, “AN ORDER GRANTING HONORARIUM TO THE ACTING CHIEF OF
HOSPITAL DR. JOCELYN L. PALIONAY, AND ALLOCATING AND/OR
AUGMENTING FUNDS THEREFORE”

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Plaridel has entered into an

agreement with the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental relative to the
deployment of a medical doctor, in the person of Dr. Jocelyn L. Palionay to be assigned
at the Plaridel Community Hospital starting July 2022;

WHEREAS, Local Budget Circular No. 103 dated May 13, 2013 allows an
incumbent official who is on full-time detail to another government agency, or re-
assignment within the same agency or to special project to collect honorarium upon
certification of the Local Chief Executive, subject to availability of funds;

WHEREAS, in consideration of her efforts, skills and expertise, and in order to

compensate her selfless dedication to serve the Local Government Unit of Plaridel, the
members of the Board of Trustees decided to authorize the grant of an honorarium in
the amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00) per month to the Acting Plaridel
Community Hospital, Dr. Jocelyn L. Palionay;

WHEREAS, on motion of Atty. Mark Anthony Y. Liboon, duly seconded by Dr.

Emmanuel M. Cale and SB Member Myra L. Pluma, it was
RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to APPROVE AND ADOPT EXECUTIVE
ORDER NO. MG-021, “AN ORDER GRANTING HONORARIUM TO THE ACTING
CHIEF OF HOSPITAL DR. JOCELYN L. PALIONAY, AND ALLOCATING AND/OR
AUGMENTING FUNDS THEREFORE”

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to

the Sangguniang Bayan Office, Dr. Jocelyn L. Palionay, PCH OIC Chief of Hospital, other
offices, departments and agencies concerned for their information, guidance and
reference.
