Finishing the assignment, you are about to leave the ramp. Describe the safety
precaution you should consider for the following condition:

1. Prior leaving the ramp area:

Answer:
Make sure all of your equipment, tools, foreign objects and other contaminates must be
removed promptly and as completely as practicable

2. Drive on service road that parallel to the taxiway.

Answer:
The drivers should keep a distance of 40 meters from the taxiway edge when the vehicle
runs parallel taxiway when aircraft is taxiing at taxiway

3. Drive on the apron.

Answer:
 Drivers shall obey all regulatory signs in the airside
 Adhere to the speed limits of:
- 5 km per hour within 10m of an aircraft;
- 25 km per hour on roadways within 15 meters of an aircraft stand; and
- 40 km per hour on roadways situated more than 15 meters away from any
aircraft stand.
- 10 km per hour in the Baggage Handling Area

4. The aircraft is being refueled.

Answer:
 Drivers shall not start their vehicles when within 15 meters of a refuelling
aircraft.
 Drivers of vehicles shall keep clear of the aircraft engines and shall no pass within
2.5 meters radius around the aircraft fuel tank vents.
 Drivers of vehicles shall not drive over any hose or bonding cable laid during
aircraft refuelling.
