Qualification: ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II

Unit of Competency: Performing harvest and postharvest activities
General Instruction:
Given the necessary tools, materials and equipment You need to Perform the procedure
in Post harvest operations within 1 hour and 30 min.

Specific Instruction:
Using the tools, materials and equipment, you are required to perform the task within
(1) One-hour and (30) thirty minutes.
You will be rated using the demonstration checklist (????)
After performing, I will ask some questions related to your task and give a written test.
After the questioning portion, I will give feedback regarding your performance
